Harietta is the Founding and Managing Partner of Olea Venture Partners. She partners with founders to build enduring, high-impact companies that deliver real-world impact and earn trust.
She brings over two decades of experience across engineering, AI, healthcare, and company creation. She has scaled businesses at the intersection of AI, data, and healthcare across multiple markets, delivering products that have reached millions of patients worldwide.
Prior to Olea Venture Partners, Harietta was Vice President of AI Strategy and Operations at IQVIA, where she led the company’s global AI transformation and founded the IQVIA Innovation Hub, overseeing corporate investments and startup partnerships. Earlier, she established Deloitte’s Data and AI practice, leading digital transformation programs for global pharmaceutical and FTSE 100 companies.
As a General Partner, she works closely with companies from early stage through scale, helping define strategy, turn it into action, and drive product positioning, go-to-market, customer access, and real-world adoption. She helps founders navigate complexity and build products that earn trust from patients, clinicians, and health systems.
Her work has been widely recognized, including the GOLD STEVIE® Award (2022), Fortune 40 Under 40 (2022), Top 20 Women in Data and Tech UK (2023), and Top 25 Women Leaders in UK Healthcare (2019).
She holds a PhD in Medicine from Imperial College London, an MSc in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology from Imperial College London, and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Lampros builds at the edge of science and company formation. He is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, and investor in life sciences and healthcare, with a track record of founding, scaling, and advising technology-driven ventures from early research to commercialization.
As a General Partner, he works closely with early-stage founders developing breakthrough diagnostics, therapeutics, and platform technologies. His approach combines deep technical understanding with operational experience, helping teams translate scientific insight into fundable, scalable companies.
Lampros co-founded and led multiple ventures across biotech and health technology, including Chronicles Health and Hyalex Orthopaedics, where he served as CTO. He currently serves in leadership and board roles across emerging life sciences companies, and has worked alongside global organizations advancing innovation in diagnostics and neurodegenerative disease research. In parallel with building companies, he has contributed to academic and translational research as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
He holds a PhD and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, with a focus on biomechanics, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
